We had a group of three couples staying in St. Thomas and after researching drivers for the week we all agreed that Phelix with On Time was the choice. We were not disappointed. He was prompt, courteous and really added enjoyment to an already great trip! We all agreed that we will definitely book with Phelix on our return trips.

Hiring Phelix and On Time Limousine Service was the best decision we made for our trip to USVI. He made everything easy. He is an exceptional driver and a courteous person. He was never late, often early and made everything stress free. Highly recommended. I would give 10 stars if it was an option.

Our party of 5 got phelix to drive us around all week , he was professional, godd to work with , reliable , he gave a flat fee , i think it saved us money instead of going with another driver that charges per trip

Phelix and his drivers made our trip so smooth. They were very accommodating and it was such a relief not having to drive around the island. We could sit back and enjoy our vacation.

Phelix is a professional young man who takes his responsibilities as a personal limousine service seriously. He was courteous and friendly when picking us up at the St Thomas airport. During the ride to Red Hook he was both efficient and personable, making the ride enjoyable. He has an interesting history too! Thanks Phelix, we look forward to riding with you again on our next trip!

We had an amazing experience with Phelix from On Time Limousine during our time in St. Thomas. Phelix was always on time—often early—and his car was spotless at every pickup. It was the perfect vehicle for six adults, even with all of our luggage, which made getting around incredibly comfortable. He helped us navigate the island safely and confidently and shared great dinner and local recommendations. He even waited for us during grocery stops to make sure we had everything we needed whenever we were out of the car, which was incredibly thoughtful and convenient. He truly catered to us the entire week, making transportation completely stress-free. 100% would use him again and highly recommend Phelix and On Time Limousine to anyone visiting St. Thomas.
